All of the jewellery and accessories here at Jewel Divas are put together with love and care. Made using fashion chain, findings, pendants and charms of all kinds, we also use beads of all shapes, sizes, and anything else that takes our fancy. Semi precious, acrylic crystal, resin, glass, with sparkly touches of Swarovski.

By following some simple tips, your jewelled pieces will look good for many years.

Remove jewellery and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. After all, you don't want to lose them.

Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as: perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewellery including hair accessory pieces.

Never expose jewellery or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colours to fade.

To clean your jewellery and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth.

Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.

Fashion chain and findings may tarnish unless kept away from dust and every day pollutants.

Zip lock bags are a great way of keeping your jewellery and accessories neat and tidy, and tucked away from all the nasties.

HANDLING

Here at Jewel Divas, we will lovingly place your piece in a cute little bag or gift box and bubble wrap it to death. We will provide protection for your goods and send it off with a hug and a kiss, and lots of love to its new owner.

(Please note that product colours may differ occasionally from the image shown on the screen due to inaccuracies in reproducing photographs electronically. We endeavour to make the images as accurate as possible but depending on your system & monitor they may sometimes appear a little different in real life.)

We accept Visa and Mastercard through PayPal. (International and Australia). DO NOT send credit card details via email, we will NOT accept them.

All items will remain the property of Jewel Divas and not be posted until the invoice has been paid in full via PayPal.

We will ship to most destinations in the world as long as there is a residential address or business postal address.

Jewel Divas accepts no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post.

We ship twice a week, and all goods are sent via Australia post. We will not be responsible for any delays in postage due to Australia Post. If you require your goods urgently, we advise that you choose Express post. Postage via regular post can take up to 10 business days.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND RETURNS

If you have simply changed your mind, or have made the wrong choice, this is not covered, so please choose carefully.

Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 14 working days from receipt!

In the event that the merchandise purchased is damaged upon arrival, we will refund the price and any postage costs incurred in the original shipping. The expense of shipping the damaged goods back to Jewel Divas will be not be refunded. To receive your refund, please follow these steps.

1- Email Jewel Divas through the contact page, letting us know what the problem is. We'll inform you of how we can rectify the situation.

2 - Please print and sign your name, along with the date, on the original invoice. Make a copy of the email from Jewel Divas, and send both papers with the piece of jewellery or accessory, back to Jewel Divas. Please make sure the parcel is wrapped and sealed securely. The shipping will be at the customer's cost. JewelDivas.com.au will not accept COD deliveries.

3 - The refund will be given on the credit card used for the original purchase.
